Looking for reletters interested in taking our apartment unit in Identity Logan Park this summer (May 6th - July 31st) The unit is a 2-bedroom 2-bath (2 beds per room, so 4 people in total) located in Downtown Berkeley and it has great amenities (spacious kitchen, in-unit washing and dryer, wonderful rooftop view, gym on the same floor), discounted at $1300 per person. Unit includes living room and is fully furnished with TV, beds, desks, chairs and couch. The apartment is in Downtown Berkeley, next to a bus stop and 2 blocks from BART. It's a 15 minutes walk from campus. Pets must be authorized, renter will have to pay an animal fee. Rooftop has a grass area for pets.
